Set Up Office Slide Show

Materials Needed:

Remote control

Television

USB drive with slideshow file (office slideshow.mp4)

Steps:

1. Turn on the Television Display:

Use the remote to power on the display.

2. Select the Input Source:

On the remote, press the Input button.

Use the directional buttons to navigate down to the USB option.

Press OK to select USB.

3. Choose Media Type:

You will be presented with three options: Music, Video, and Photo.

Navigate to Video and select it by pressing OK.

4. Set Playback Mode:

In the bottom left corner of the screen, find the Play option.

By default, it may be set to Once.

Select the Play option and change it to Continuously to loop the slideshow.

5. Start the Slideshow:

Use the right directional button to move to the right side of the screen, where you will see a list of video files.

Scroll down to the last file, office slideshow.mp4.

Select the file to preview it.

Press OK again to start the slideshow.

1. What if the slideshow doesn’t start automatically?

Ensure that you have selected the correct file (office slideshow.mp4) and that the Play mode is set to Continuously.

2. Can I use a different file for the slideshow?

Yes, as long as the file is in the Video folder on the USB drive. Navigate to the correct file and select it following the same steps.
