Send Email: Booked Event: Venue Outreach

This is the SOP for the Send Email: Booked Event: Venue Outreach– this task only pertains to the events team.

This email is meant to be sent (send 7 days before the base date) to client in order to gather information about the venue. Information like if there is a loading procedure, wifi restrictions, and if there are any venue specifics on how to successfully reach it to the set up location on site. Please note: this email should only be sent if we have NEVER been there and do not already have a connection with the venue to assist. 

  1. Locate the specific workflow for the service the client has. For example: 01.aBKD.Audio Guestbook workflow from the client page on the right side under “Workflows”
  2. After locating the task item, press the “Review” and click on it. There should be an email popping up on your screen.
  3. Ensure that the email is going to the right person with the staff member filled in (if applicable) and hit send.
