  • General Description:  A Smash Booth Lead Lvl1 should possess the ability and willingness to act in a leadership role to other team members and have a full and complete understanding of most tasks, responsibilities, conduct, softwares, equipment, etc, and is available in helping with troubleshooting, the ability to act as tech support, participating in company events, aiding office staff as needed, hosting training sessions as needed and an overall interest in pushing Smash Booth to grow to the next level.
  • Qualification
    • Minimum Number of Events Hosted: 100
    • Equipment Transport: Required. Leads MUST be willing and able to transport event equipment to and from the Smash Booth warehouse in their personal vehicles. Ability to drive vehicles provided by Smash Booth, such as Uhauls or other rentals when applicable.
    • Set Up: Required. Hosts must be adequately trained to set up their scheduled equipment as well as lead trainings in all equipment.
    • Availability Requirements: Any event, as needed.
    • Equipment Knowledge
      • EK.Learning: N/A
      • EK.General: A working understanding of all equipment, allowing minimal learning time for any new services.
      • EK.Proficient: Should be proficient in all series we offer.
      • EK.Master: Should have all our primary services mastered.
    • Conduct & Expectation Representation: Thorough and unwavering understanding of all expectations, actively setting an example to other team members and helping them to accomplish the same.
    • Troubleshooting: The ability work through any issues without aid, based on experience and an understanding of the equipment and software and to actively contribute to Team Knowledge Base to resolve any unlisted issues.
    • Reliability: Paramount with expectations to satisfy the unreliability of Hosts. Missed or late arrivals without urgent and unavoidable circumstances may result in a Host/Lead Lvl adjustment, or termination, with consideration of the total number of events hosted without issues previously.
  • Status
    • Scheduling Priority: High. Scheduled as needed.
    • Travel Priority: First option.
    • Session Bonus: Available, $0.40
    • CMB Bonus: Available
    • Double Bonus: Available
    • Drop Off Shifts: Available (Shift minimums do NOT apply).
    • On Call Shifts: Scheduled as needed.
    • Review Bonus: Available
    • Tax Status: W2
  • Compensations
    • Shift Minimum: $220
    • Hourly Breakdown: $27.50
  • Notice
    • Positions are NOT automatic based on longevity or seniority.
    • Team members are evaluated twice yearly to determine their position based on the qualifications listed above.
    • Positions Lvls can be adjusted up or down based on the hosts changing qualifications.
    • Positions can be reduced immediately if a host becomes unwilling, disinterested or unable, to perform the duties of their current Lvl.
