Email: Review Request 2

This is the SOP for the: Email: Review Request– this task only pertains to the Events Team.

Summary:

Check if the client has given us a review on google or yelp. If they have not, send follow up email template.

  1. Go to Google and Yelp separately to see if the client left a review on either or both portals.
  2. If in the event they did not, head back to their 17hats file.
  3. Create new email with template 05.Review.Follow Up.
  4. Ensure that all recipients are copied in thread.
  5. Hit Send.
