This is the SOP for the: Email: Review Request– this task only pertains to the Events Team.
Summary:
Check if the client has given us a review on google or yelp. If they have not, send follow up email template.
- Go to Google and Yelp separately to see if the client left a review on either or both portals.
- If in the event they did not, head back to their 17hats file.
- Create new email with template 05.Review.Follow Up.
- Ensure that all recipients are copied in thread.
- Hit Send.
