Dress Code

Our goal is to maintain a professional and respectful appearance while providing exceptional service to our clients. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

Event Attire

  • Professional Attire: All staff members are expected to dress in a manner that reflects professionalism and respect for the event. This includes wearing clean, well-fitted clothing that is appropriate for formal occasions such as weddings.
    • Dress Blacks. This includes black shoes, socks, slacks and button-down shirt. Short sleeves are acceptable and suggested during the summer months.
    • Red Bowler Hat – Social events like weddings only. The bowler is not required to be worn, however it MUST be onsite, and seen, either in hand, set on top of the kiosk, etc.
  • Appropriate Coverage: Clothing should provide adequate coverage and should not be overly revealing. Tops should not be low-cut, and skirts or dresses should be of a modest length, ideally reaching at least to the knee.
  • Footwear: Comfortable yet professional footwear is required. Avoid overly casual shoes such as flip-flops or excessively high heels that may impair mobility and comfort during the event. Shoes should also be closed toe in style.
  • Grooming and Hygiene: Personal grooming and hygiene are crucial. Ensure that hair is neat and tidy, and any makeup worn is understated and suitable for a formal setting.
  • Accessories: Keep accessories minimal and tasteful. Avoid overly flashy or distracting jewelry. Accessories should be such that we should never need to ask a client if it will be OK for their event.
  • DO NOT WEAR:  Jeans, denim, or anything that resembles denim. If you have to explain why or how it’s not denim, it’s not acceptable.

Setup/Strike Times:

During setup and strike, staff may dress in a more comfortable but still professional manner. This can include wearing company-branded shirts or solid black tee-shirts, comfortable slacks or jeans (without rips or holes), and sneakers. Remember that the client or industry partners may still see you during this time, so please maintain a professional appearance, maintain appropriate coverage and minimal and tasteful accessories.

By following these guidelines, we ensure that our team presents a cohesive, professional image that aligns with the high standards of service we aim to provide.
