Create Workflow: Annual Social Update

This is the SOP for the: Create Workflow: Annual Social Update– this task only pertains to the Sales team.

Summary:

Post event, if this event is yearly and is not a birthday/wedding/mitzvah or any of that nature– create the workflow in their 00 file for the appropriate event. Follow the prompts within the task. For example: a Back to school event at a high school would be the school workflow.

  1. Double check what kind of event it was and ensure that is an annual social event like the example stated
  2. Create a 00 file in 17hats for the client.
  3. Once verified, click the create button to activate 08.Annual.Social Update in the 00 file.
  4. Within the 08.Annual.Social Update follow the prompts.
    1. Create new workflow for the event type. For this instance we are using 08.Revisit.Schools.
    2. Once created, everything should automatically send based on workflow routes.
