Provide an Inviting and Attentive Experience

Maintaining a professional and attentive demeanor with a focus on guest experience is crucial in providing exceptional service to our clients and their guests. Engaging with your phone in the presence of guests can be perceived as unprofessional, disruptive and overall uninviting to the overall experience

  • Phone Use Restrictions
     – You are strictly prohibited from using your phones for personal reasons while stationed at the photo booth.
    – This includes, phone calls, text messaging, video calls, email, all forms of social media, etc.
  • Stepping Away for Phone Use
    – If there is an urgent need to use your phone, it is important to step away fro the booth area.
    – Unless an absolute emergency, this should only take place when the booth area is not in use.
    Acceptable locations include hallways, restrooms, or any other designated areas away from the event space.
  • Phone Usage Exceptions
    – Troubleshooting purposes related to the photo booth equipment or software.
    – To make contact with tech support as requested by our client.
    – To collect photos & videos for social media content as directed by a Smash Booth Director.
