Add Club to Related Contacts

This is the SOP for the: Add Club to Related Contacts– this task only pertains to the Sales Team.

Summary:

In their 17hats file, add the club coordinator as a related contact.

1. Go to related contacts in the clients 17hats file and click the plus button.
2. Type in the coordinator for your golf course (if there are multiple of the same, select the one with the most up to date information and make note to the creative director)
   1. For this example we will use Brittany Biscailuz from Bear’s Best.
3. Hit Save and mark off item on workflow.
