This is the SOP for the: Email: Gallery & Review Request– this task only pertains to the Events Team.
Summary:
After uploading the gallery to Pixieset or Darkroom Booth send the email template with gallery link to client. If Gif Booth (Snappic), send the same email with the URL from their microsite page.
For the steps below, this example will be used is a recent Pixieset gallery. Darkroom Booth and Gif Booth (Snappic) have different SOP.
- Check project file for host listing, double check the correct host is getting credit for the event when client leaves review.
- Go to gallery portal and copy client link for gallery.
- Head back to 17hats to create new email.
- Use template 05.Gallery+Review.01
- Paste the gallery link in the email and ensure that all recipients are copied in thread.
- Be sure to make it a hyper link and not just the URL there.
- Hit send.
