This is the SOP for the: Send Questionnaire: 01.AGB.Event Info– this task only pertains to the events team. This questionnaire is sent to the client with the main email on file to gather event details regarding the Audio Guestbook.
- Upon locating the client file on17hats. This questionnaire should be sent automatically once the previous task item has been completed. You should be able to see it on the workflow marked as completed and shown as sent on the client page itself.
- IF this did not automatically sent, contact the creative director to have this corrected via email.
