Adding an add-on

Note: All ad-ons included at booking will be included in the original entry and NOT broken down.
ONLY add items to the add-on section if a client add something on AFTER their initial booking has already been added to the Monthly Bookings Document.

  1. Go to the Monthly Bookings document.
  2. Click on the appropriate monthly tab.
  3. Scroll down below the event entry table to the “Add Ons” Table
  4. Description
    • Add a brief description of the add on, for example “service hour”, or “”memory album”.
  5. Amount
    • This should reflect the full add-on amount, not just the amount paid.
    • This will not reflect in any way the amount of the original booking.
  6. Hours
    • Enter the total event hours (service or non-service), if applicable.
    • This is ONLY the NEW hours added on.
    • Not all add ons have additional hours. If there are no additional hours, just enter “0”.
  7. Client
    • Social Event – Enter the Client’s last name
    • Marketing Event – Enter the company name, or the company name and client’s last name.
    • For Partners, enter their name AND client name. Abbreviations are OK. For example, for Jennifer Mary’s client Jill Soto, you may enter “JME – Soto”
    • For Clubs, do the same. For example, Bear’s Best wedding for Jill Soto should be “BB – Soto”.
