– Congested spaces such as trade shows, service can become unreliable and we canNOT guarantee a connection.
– When service becomes unreliable, deliverables are queued to be sent as service is restored. All photos and videos WILL be delivered, it will just take seconds to hours depending on the available bandwidth.
– If a faster and more reliable connection is required, the client must obtain a dedicated line from venue.
– If the client is ordering a dedicated hardline from their venue, we MUST bring a wireless router and this MUST be added to the notes for the event team to stage.
– The recommended internet speed is 20mbps, especially for AI or video delivery such as 360 or Vogue.
