General Description: A Host Lvl 2 is the primary Smash Booth Host and is capable to work events solo. The Host should be responsible enough to understand how to navigate venues, discuss set up locations with planners and clients, and adequately represent Smash Booth properly.
Qualification
Minimum Number of Events Hosted: 3-5
Equipment Transport: Required. Hosts MUST be willing and able to transport event equipment to and from the Smash Booth warehouse in their personal vehicles.
Set Up: Required. Hosts must be adequately trained to set up their scheduled equipment.
Availability Requirements: 4-6 Events Monthly
Equipment Knowledge
EK.Learning: Ring Light + Printing, 360, Bus Installation, Vogue, and any additional semi-regular services.
EK.General: Pro Kiosk, M.Pro Kiosk, Ring Light.
EK.Proficient: Audio Guestbook, Roamer
EK.Master: N/A
Conduct & Expectation Representation: Thorough Understanding, with little to no issues.
Troubleshooting: The ability to adequately use the Team Knowledge Base to locate and resolve many common issues, or communicate with Smash Booth Support when needed to address more complicated issues or questions and have enough of an understanding of equipment, software and our computer systems to work through most issues with their guidance.
Reliability: Paramount. Missed or late arrivals without urgent and unavoidable circumstances may result in termination, with consideration of the total number of events hosted without issues previously.
Status
Scheduling Priority: Average. Shifts in which these Hosts are trained will be distributed evenly, where possible.
Travel Priority: Available, lowest priority.
Session Bonus: Available, $0.20

Shift Minimum: $180
Hourly Breakdown: $22.50
Notice
Positions are NOT automatic based on longevity or seniority.
Team members are evaluated twice yearly to determine their position based on the qualifications listed above.
Positions Lvls can be adjusted up or down based on the hosts changing qualifications.
Positions can be reduced immediately if a host becomes unwilling, disinterested or unable, to perform the duties of their current Lvl.
