Host Lvl1

  • General Description: A host Lvl 1 is someone who is not able to, or desires not to work alone, with the exception of Roaming. This position’s primary aim is help with any event which requires two or more Hosts to be onsite. This may include albums, pressing buttons, etc. This position is not required to lift more than 20lbs and or perform any of the primary set up. 
  • Qualification
    • Minimum Number of Events Hosted: 3
    • Equipment Transport: Not required.
    • Set Up: Not required.
    • Availability Requirements: 2-4 Events Monthly
    • Equipment Knowledge
      • EK.Learning: N/A
      • EK.General: Any kiosk they’re scheduled to aid with.
      • EK.Proficient: N/A
      • EK.Master: N/A
    • Conduct & Expectation Representation: Thorough Understanding, with little to no issues.
    • Troubleshooting: The ability to adequately use the Team Knowledge Base to locate and resolve many common issues, or communicate with Smash Booth Support when needed to address more complicated issues or questions and have enough of an understanding of equipment, software and our computer systems to work through most issues with their guidance.
    • Reliability: Paramount. Missed or late arrivals without urgent and unavoidable circumstances may result in termination, with consideration of the total number of events hosted without issues previously.
  • Status
    • Scheduling Priority: Low. Only expect to be scheduled for roaming events, or events requiring more than one host.
    • Travel Priority: N/A
    • Session Bonus: Available, $0.20
    • CMB Bonus: N/A
    • Double Bonus: Available
    • Drop Off Shifts: N/A
    • On Call Shifts: N/A
    • Review Bonus: Available
    • Tax Status: W2
  • Compensations
    • Shift Minimum: $140
    • Hourly Breakdown: $17.50
  • Notice
    • Positions are NOT automatic based on longevity or seniority.
    • Team members are evaluated twice yearly to determine their position based on the qualifications listed above.
    • Positions Lvls can be adjusted up or down based on the hosts changing qualifications.
    • Positions can be reduced immediately if a host becomes unwilling, disinterested or unable, to perform the duties of their current Lvl.
