Trainee
- General Description: Trainees should be learning to become a Smash Booth Host, only working alongside a Host or a Lead.
- Qualification
- Minimum Number of Events Hosted: N/A
- Equipment Transport: Required (unless training for a Host Lvl1)
- Set Up: Required. General understanding and should be completing all set ups onsite with the guidance and aid of their trainer.
- Availability Requirements: 2-4 Events Monthly

- Troubleshooting: Able communicate with their trainer about any issues or questions and work through most issues with their guidance.
- Reliability: Zero acceptance. Any missed or late arrivals will result in automatic termination.

- Shift Minimum: $100

- Notice
- Positions are NOT automatic based on longevity or seniority.
- Team members are evaluated twice yearly to determine their position based on the qualifications listed above.
- Positions Lvls can be adjusted up or down based on the hosts changing qualifications.
- Positions can be reduced immediately if a host becomes unwilling, disinterested or unable, to perform the duties of their current Lvl.
