Pay Structure
• Staff will be paid a flat rate per event, varying on their position/Host Lvl.
• The flat rate applies to any event duration which does not exceed 8 hours.
• The flat rate is per event, not per event day (applicable only on multi-day events)
Event Duration
• Event duration begins at your Meet Time and ends after you have concluded your event and properly returned all equipment to the warehouse.
• Events exceeding 8 hours in duration will be paid hours at your position/Host Lvl pay.
• Event durations may be broken up over several days.
