What is the Roaming Photo Booth?
It’s a handheld, mobile photo experience where our attendant moves through your event capturing branded photos with no backdrop or setup required. Perfect for cocktail hours, receptions, or capturing guests away from the main booth.
How does it work?
Our staff uses a sleek, battery-powered, hand-held photo system to engage guests throughout the event. Photos are captured on the spot and delivered instantly via text or email.
Is branding included?
Yes. All content can feature a branded overlay, and digital galleries or microsites can be customized to reflect your event or brand.
Where can it go?
Anywhere your guests are. It’s ideal for dance floors, poolside, outdoor spaces, red carpets, and networking areas where guests might not visit a traditional booth.
Are there optional Roaming styles?
100%. We have 4 primary styles we currently offer.
– Ring Light
– Retro (modeled after an antique camera)
– DSLR, featuring a hand-held camera.
– Robot, a remote controlled robotic roamer (we lovingly call it Bottie).

Deliverable Output
Digital photo personalized with your logo, tagline or other graphics. Optional printing station upgrade is available, printing 4X6, 5X7 or other sizes, as well as styles such as metallic, pearl white, translucent and more.
Space Requirements
2’x2’x5′ moving throughout the event space.
Internet Requirements
Required for digital sharing. If unavailable, outputs will be queued and delivered once access is restored.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup Time: 15–30 minutes
Strike Time: 15–30 minutes
Guest Flow & Throughput
With a consistent line and allowing time for engagement, safety instructions, recording, and sharing, we average 55 sessions per hour. Let us know if a higher throughput is needed and we can discuss your options.
Special Notes
This incorporates all the features guests love about a typical photo booth, including a live view screen, count down, text or email delivery, etc.
Ring light lighting is best suited for guests who’re within a few feet of the portable photo kiosk and is best for crowds of 4 or fewer.
