How are the photos delivered to guests?
The first photo a guest takes is sent instantly by text or email. From then on, advanced AI facial recognition automatically identifies them and delivers every photo instantly, no need to reenter information each time. This ensures guests receive all their shots, even candid moments they didn’t know were captured. We can also add a branded overlay and direct guests to a custom microsite for a seamless, on-brand experience.
Is this good for indoor and outdoor events?
Yes, it works well in both settings. For outdoor use, we just need decent lighting or can provide a light source. Indoors, it performs beautifully in low light thanks to our DSLR and lighting setup.
Can we customize the branding?
Absolutely. You can brand the photo overlay, delivery message and event microsite/gallery. It’s a subtle and impactful way to keep your brand front and center throughout the event.
Can I book your Roaming DSLR photographer in place of a wedding photographer?
In short, no. A wedding photographer and our Roaming DSLR photographers offer very different services. Our team is trained for conferences, activations, and social events, focusing on candid, in-the-moment coverage or red carpet step-and-repeat shots. They’re not equipped for posed sessions, bridal portraits, or the storytelling approach that a dedicated wedding photographer provides.

Deliverable Output
Each guest receives a high-quality digital photo, captured with DSLR gear and branded with your custom overlay. Photos are stylized and delivered instantly via text or email, giving guests a polished keepsake without interrupting the flow of the event. Every image reinforces your message through custom design, branded delivery, and real-time interaction.
Space Requirements
The Roaming DSLR Photo Booth is a fully mobile experience, operated by a trained host and built to move with your crowd. Roughly the size of a person, it occupies about 2 by 2 by 5 feet while roaming throughout the event space. No backdrop, booth frame, or fixed footprint is required, making it ideal for networking areas, lounges, and dance floors.
Power Requirements
This booth runs on internal battery packs and does not need access to an outlet during standard use. For longer events, a recharge may be required between segments, which can be coordinated with your schedule.
Internet Requirements
Internet is needed for live digital sharing. If a connection is not available, all guest photos will be queued and automatically delivered once internet access is restored.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup typically takes 15 to 30 minutes, including kiosk prep, DSLR connection, and branding checks. Strike also takes 15 to 30 minutes and is completed without disrupting your event.
Guest Flow & Throughput
The Roaming DSLR Photo Booth averages 55 completed sessions per hour with consistent guest flow. Its ability to move throughout the venue results in broader reach, higher engagement, and more organic guest participation.
