How do guests submit their videos?
We provide a custom link or QR code that guests can access from any phone, tablet, or computer. They just tap, record, and hit submit. It’s intuitive and fast, even for less tech-savvy users.
What kind of videos do people usually send?
Guests record everything from sentimental tributes to funny stories and inside jokes. For weddings, birthdays, retirements, or even brand campaigns, the videos feel real and personal because they come from the guest’s own space.
Do we get to review the videos?
Absolutely. All submitted videos are collected in one secure gallery, where you’ll have full access to view, download, and share them. You can even use the clips to create a highlight reel or montage. After the event, you’ll also receive a custom video book album. It’s a physical keepsake that plays the videos with the push of a button, anytime and anywhere.

Deliverable Output
Each guest records a short, branded video message using a simple virtual interface. Clips are submitted through a custom link, no app or download required. All videos are compiled post-event and can be presented digitally or inside a physical keepsake, such as a premium video album with a 7-inch screen. The final collection feels personal, authentic, and highly shareable.
Space Requirements
The Remote Video Guestbook is completely virtual. There is no physical footprint unless paired with an on-site red carpet setup or video kiosk. Guests participate from their own device, wherever they are, using a streamlined link that opens a custom-branded recording interface.
Power Requirements
No power is required for guests participating virtually. If a physical version is included at an in-person event, one standard 110 volt outlet is needed for lighting and the recording kiosk.
Internet Requirements
Internet is required for video submissions and digital delivery. If a guest’s connection is unstable or unavailable, their video will be saved and uploaded automatically once access is restored.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Virtual setup requires 30 to 60 minutes to configure the interface, brand the environment, and confirm delivery settings. If used with a red carpet station, on-site setup and strike times average 60 to 90 minutes and 30 to 45 minutes respectively.
Guest Flow & Throughput
The Remote Video Guestbook supports unlimited participation. Each video is limited to a set duration for consistency and ease of viewing. Submissions can be made from anywhere, at any time during your event window. For in-person setups, an average of 40 completed videos per hour is typical with a consistent flow.
