What is the Photo Bus?
It’s a vintage-style bus converted into a modern photo booth. Fully equipped with pro lighting, cameras, and digital (or print) delivery, it offers guests a fun, stylish experience wrapped inside an eye-catching mobile installation.
Is it just for photos and is printing available?
Nope.It can capture branded stills, boomerangs, and GIFs—all delivered digitally via text or email. It’s fully interactive and built for engagement. We offer on-site 4×6 prints or branded keepsake frames as an upgrade.
Does the bus move during the event?
No. Once parked and leveled, it remains stationary for the duration of the activation. It cannot be used for guest transportation.
How many guests can it handle?
The bus accommodates 2-4 guests per session, with up to 40-50 sessions per hour depending on flow.
Can the bus go indoors?
Absolutely! Because the photo bus was designed with events in mind, it’s fully electric, allowing it to easily travel inside without the need to drain any liquids. It’s also built to fit inside a freight elevator!

Deliverable Output
Digital photo personalized with your logo, tagline or other graphics. Optional printing upgrade is available in 4X6, 5X7 or other sizes, as well as styles such as metallic, pearl white, translucent and more.
Space Requirements
The Photo Bus requires approximately 12’L x 6’W x 10’H of clear space for setup and operation. Additional surrounding space is recommended to allow for guest lines, interaction areas, and optimal photo opportunities.
The bus is fully indoor-friendly and can fit into most convention halls, expo spaces, and large venue environments. Access path and doorway clearance may be required prior to booking confirmation.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup Time: 60–90 minutes
Strike Time: 30–45 minutes
Clearance
Door access must provide a minimum clearance of 7’ wide and 6.5’ high, along with adequate space to maneuver the vehicle in a straight path from any connecting hallway, loading area, or adjacent room.
Tight turns, low ceilings, narrow corridors, ramps, or sharp corners may restrict access and should be discussed prior to booking.
We canNOT refund a job due to insufficient access or set up space.
Travel
The bus is 100% electric with no fuel or oil to drain. It can drive at about 5-10MPH but must be towed via flatbed to each venue.
Guest Flow & Throughput
With a consistent line, we average 50 sessions per hour.
Power Requirement
Standard operation requires access to one dedicated standard 120V power outlet located within 10 feet of the setup area. The Photo Bus is not self-powered during normal operation.
Battery-powered operation may be available for select events or locations for an additional fee.
Special Notes
- Weight – Approximate operational weight is 2,900–3,000 lbs fully assembled and equipped.
- Batteries – The bus is powered by five sealed AGM lead-acid batteries connected as a series power system.
The batteries are non-spillable, maintenance-free, and non-lithium. They are fully enclosed within the vehicle and designed for indoor use applications.
The battery system is used only to move the bus during load-in/load-out. During operation, the booth runs on standard wired power, and the primary battery lead can be disconnected onsite outside of movement periods if requested.
- Liquids – Using an electric motor, there is no fuel or oil used in operation.
- Floor Protection – Viqueen maybe provided by request.
