What is the Mosaic Wall Virtual Booth?
The Mosaic Wall Virtual Booth invites guests to upload a photo from any device, anywhere in the world. Each image becomes a tile in a digital mosaic that builds in real time to reveal your brand logo, campaign image, or custom artwork.
Where does the mosaic display?
The mosaic lives online and updates in real time. It can be embedded on a website, displayed during livestreams, or projected at a live event. It’s designed to keep guests engaged and visually connect everyone involved.
Is this only for virtual events?
Not at all. It’s perfect for virtual and hybrid events but also adds value to in-person experiences by letting remote guests participate. It brings everyone together through one shared piece of visual storytelling.

Deliverable Output
Each guest submits a personal photo that becomes part of a larger digital mosaic, built in real time and fully branded to your event. The final piece can be displayed on websites, digital screens, or shared post-event as a downloadable asset. Guests see their image placed within the mosaic immediately, reinforcing a sense of connection and shared purpose.
Space Requirements
This activation is fully virtual and requires no physical space. Guests participate by accessing a custom link from any device, anywhere in the world. All interaction takes place through a browser-based photo booth interface designed to match your brand.
Power Requirements
No power is required for participation. The experience is entirely online and powered through guest devices.
Internet Requirements
Internet access is required for guests to upload their photos and see them populate the mosaic. If a guest loses connection, their image can be submitted once internet is restored. The final mosaic can also be streamed or embedded wherever internet access is available.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup typically takes 30 to 60 minutes and includes configuring the mosaic layout, branding the interface, and activating the photo collection portal. There is no physical strike. The mosaic can be closed manually or left open to continue growing after the event concludes.
Guest Flow & Throughput
There is no limit to the number of guest submissions. Participation is unlimited and simultaneous, with each upload processed instantly. This makes the Virtual Mosaic ideal for high-traffic virtual events, global campaigns, and moments of large-scale collaboration.
