What is the Mosaic Photo Wall booth?
It’s a dynamic activation where individual guest photos come together to build a large mosaic in real time, revealing a larger branded image, logo, or campaign visual. It’s both interactive and visually powerful.
How does it work?
Photos are captured onsite (or uploaded remotely) and printed as small tiles. Each tile is placed onto the mosaic board, gradually forming the full image. Guests can watch the progress throughout the event.
What is the final mosaic image?
You choose! It can be a company logo, event theme graphic, campaign visual, or even a photo from the event itself.
What sizes are available?
Mosaic sizes are customizable. Most range from 3’x4′ up to 6’x8′. We’ll recommend a size based on your guest count and event duration.
Can guests take their photo tiles home?
Typically no, tiles are placed on the board to complete the mosaic. However, each guest receives a digital version of their photo, and we can offer printed keepsakes separately if desired.
What happens to the mosaic after the event?
You keep the completed mosaic (shipped or transported flat)
We provide a high-resolution digital version (it’s often easier to just print a perfect digital rendition on your desired material than transporting a large foamcore board)

Deliverable Output
Guest photos are printed to 2” square tiled stickers, then applied to a larger graphic to ultimately complete a beautiful patchwork piece of art. This larger piece can be taken, or, we can provide a high resolution digital file allowing you to reprint the graphic to whatever medium fits your needs. Guests also receive a digital photo personalized with your logo, tagline or other graphics.
Power Requirements
Access within 15’ to a single, dedicated, standard 8-amp outlet. Generators or battery packs are available for an additional fee if access is not possible.

Internet Requirements
Required for digital sharing. If unavailable, outputs will be queued and delivered once access is restored. 20 mbps is recommended.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup Time: 120–240 minutes
Strike Time: 45–60 minutes
Special Notes
Our standard Mosaic Wall is an 8’x8′ frame with a mosaic space within equaling about 24 sq ft.
Larger sizes can be accomplished.
We highly recommend multiple options to collect photos, specially for shorter time periods. Our standard size requires over 850 photos to complete. One roaming photo studio will collect about 50 photos per hour on average.
