What is Headshot Photo booth?
A professional pop-up photo booth designed to capture polished, high-quality headshots at events. Ideal for conferences, trade shows, career fairs, or internal corporate functions.
What makes it different from a photo booth?
Though we still use a kiosk to capture the photos, we take advantage of premium lenses, lighting and reflectors to elevate the photo session. No silly props, just clean, elevated images.
Are the headshots edited?
Yes. Each image is lightly retouched for lighting, contrast, and clarity.
How are photos delivered?
Guests receive their image instantly via text or email. You can also receive a full gallery after the event. Also 4×6 or 5×7 prints are available as an upgrade, but most clients prefer digital delivery for headshots instantly via text or email.
How many guests can be accommodated per hour?
Around 40–55 guests per hour, depending on the desired level of coaching and review time.
How does this differ from a traditional headshot photographer?
The photo booth is about speed, volume, and consistency, perfect for expos and events. The photographer is about personalization and artistry, better for individual uniqueness.
The biggest differences include:
– Speed and volume. While professional photographers often recommend scheduled sessions taking up to 15 minutes each, we streamline the process to 2-4 minutes, allowing guests to walk up, no reservation needed.
– Output. While the photos are very good and certainly LinkedIn worthy (as you can see above), they often can’t be directly compared to the high-level of skill provided by a professional photographer.
– Cost. Our Headshot photo booth will often be far less expensive than a traditional headshot photographer, especially on a ‘per-guest’ basis, as we typically provide a much higher throughput.

Deliverable Output
Digital photo, optionally personalized with your logo, tagline or other graphics. Optional printing upgrade is available in 4X6, 5X7 or other sizes, as well as styles such as metallic, pearl white, translucent and more.
Power Requirements
Access within 15’ to a single, dedicated, standard 8-amp outlet. Generators or battery packs are available for an additional fee if access is not possible.
Space Requirements
10’ x 10’ x 10’ recommended. 8’ x 9’ x 8’ minimum standard setup, 5’x9’x6′ minimum for “mini” setup. Must be requested prior to setup.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup Time: 60–120 minutes
Strike Time: 30–45 minutes
Internet Requirements
Required for digital sharing. If unavailable, outputs will be queued and delivered once access is restored.
Guest Flow & Throughput
With a consistent line, we average about 20-30 sessions per hour.
