How long does each headshot take?
The experience is designed for speed without sacrificing quality. Most guests are in and out in under a minute, with their finished headshot delivered shortly after. This keeps lines moving while still producing polished, professional results.
Do the headshots actually look like the guest?
Yes, maintaining likeness is a top priority. Each image is built from the guest’s real features, with subtle refinements that enhance rather than alter. The final result looks like a well-produced version of the guest, not a different person. It’s still AI at the end of the day though, so occasionally a guest feels like its not a match, but honestly, this is consistent with non-AI headshots as well.
Is this a good fit for high-traffic events?
Yes, the setup is built for efficient flow. The process is quick and intuitive, allowing a high number of guests to participate within a short window. It works especially well for conferences, networking events, and brand activations. Without the studio set up, guest engagement and posing, we have taken headshots from 15 minute sessions, to under a minute.

Deliverable Output
Guests receive professionally refined digital headshots delivered instantly via text or email. Images are optimized for platforms like LinkedIn, company profiles, and personal branding, with optional brand overlays or background styles to align with the event or company identity.
Power Requirements
One standard 110v outlet within 10–15 feet of the setup is ideal. All equipment runs on low power consumption, and extension solutions can be provided if needed.
Space Requirements
Typically set up is an 8’ x 8’ space, but becasue of the AI nature of this, it is very flexible. We can even incorporate this into a roaming photo booth with virtually no footprint.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup typically takes 60–90 minutes to allow for proper lighting calibration and testing. Strike is usually completed within 45–60 minutes after the event concludes.
Internet Requirements
A stable internet connection is required for real-time processing and instant delivery.
Guest Flow & Throughput
Designed for high-efficiency environments, the booth can accommodate approximately 50-75 guests per hour depending on flow. The streamlined process keeps lines moving while maintaining consistent, high-quality results.
