What is the Button Photo Booth?
The Button Booth captures your photo and turns it into a wearable button within minutes. It’s part photo experience, part hands-on swag station, and the result is a custom keepsake guests can wear and take home.
How does it work at the event?
Guests take a photo at the booth, then choose their favorite shot. We print and press it into a button right on site. Each button is sealed, backed, and ready to wear on the spot.
What size are the buttons?
We offer standard 2.25-inch round buttons, which are the most popular, but other sizes and shapes can be requested in advance.

Deliverable Output
Each guest receives a custom photo button featuring their image and your branding, created on-site for an instant keepsake. Buttons are available in a range of shapes and sizes, including circle (1”, 1.25”, 1.5”, 1.75”, 2.25”, 3”, and 3.5”), oval (1.75” x 2.75”), and square or rectangle (2” x 2” and 2” x 3”). These are wearable, collectible, and easy to attach to clothing, bags, lanyards, or giveaways, making them a fun and functional way to keep your brand in circulation.
Space Requirements
The Button Photo Booth is designed for steady guest flow and real-time production. A 10 by 12 by 10 space is recommended to allow room for the photo area, button pressing station, and pickup display. A minimum footprint of 8 by 12 by 8 can be used for tighter spaces. The layout is flexible and can be adapted to suit your event needs.
Power Requirements
This booth requires access to one standard 110 volt outlet to power the equipment. If your event includes a separate kiosk or roaming capture setup, a second outlet may be needed. We will confirm the full power plan based on your layout.
Internet Requirements
Internet is only required if digital sharing is enabled. If internet is not available, digital copies of guest photos will be queued and delivered automatically once access becomes available.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup typically takes between 60 and 90 minutes, including equipment testing and button station setup. Strike takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes and is done efficiently with minimal disruption to the venue.
Guest Flow & Throughput
The Button Photo Booth averages 50 completed buttons per hour with a consistent line. Higher volume output is possible by adding additional production stations or pre-print options.
