Deliverable Output
Each guest receives a fully personalized swag item featuring their own photo alongside your branding. Options include custom magnets, buttons, pop sockets, bottle openers, bag charms, coasters, ribbons, pet collar tags, and more. These keepsakes are designed, pressed, and packaged on-site. They aren’t just giveaways. They are wearable, usable brand extensions that guests are proud to show off long after your event.
Space Requirements
The Swag Photo Booth is a full-service activation designed to engage and produce in real time. A 10’ x 12’ x 10’ footprint is recommended for optimal flow, though a minimum of 8’ x 12’ x 8’ is sufficient for tighter layouts. This includes space for the photo capture area, swag pressing station, and a table for display or pickup. The layout is flexible and can be adjusted based on the event format.
Power Requirements
This booth requires access to one standard 110v outlet. If your setup includes both a kiosk and a separate swag station, a second outlet may be necessary. We will confirm final needs in advance based on your floor plan.
Internet Requirements
Internet is only needed for digital sharing. If a connection is not available, guest outputs will be queued and delivered automatically once internet becomes accessible.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup typically takes between 60 and 90 minutes, including equipment placement and swag prep. Strike takes about 30 to 45 minutes and is quick, quiet, and efficient.
Guest Flow & Throughput
The Swag Photo Booth averages 50 completed sessions per hour with a steady guest line. Each session results in a finished, ready-to-go swag item. Output can be increased by adding additional press stations or pre-production options depending on the item selected.
