    The process is quick from start to finish. Guests step up, take a photo, and the badge is printed shortly after. Most guests receive their card within about a minute, making it a smooth and enjoyable interaction even for high-traffic events.

    You control the overall design, including layout, color palette, theme, and graphic styling. Cards can also include personalized fields such as names, titles, roles, or fun event-specific identifiers. Whether you want something playful or polished, the final badge is tailored to your vision.

    The details you need to know—space, power, setup to ensure your booth runs smoothly and stress-free.

    Each guest receives a custom PVC badge designed to match your event style. The badge design is chosen during booking and can include branding, graphics, or personalized guest details. Every card is printed on durable PVC, measuring about the size of a credit card.

    The booth requires access within 15 ft to one standard 8–10 amp outlet.

    A minimum footprint of 6 ft x 6 ft is recommended for the I.D. Photo Booth. This allows for the kiosk and printer. To include a backdrop, a space of 8X8 is needed. Need more flexability, we can capture photos with a hand-hel roaming photo booth and print in a green-room or other space.

    Setup typically takes 60-90 minutes and includes staging the kiosk, testing prints, and preparing the badge station. Strike takes about 30–45 minutes. Both setup and strike occur immediately before and after the event unless prearranged.

    Basic internet is not required for operation unless instant cloud delivery or digital copies are requested. When internet is used, a reliable connection is preferred to ensure smooth transmission of files.

    The I.D. Badge Photo Booth averages 40 to 60 personalized PVC badges per hour, depending on guest flow. This keeps the experience smooth, efficient, and well-paced for both small gatherings and high-traffic events. The booking includes up to 60 badges per booked hour.
