Deliverable Output
Each guest records a short, polished video message using guided prompts that spark authentic responses. Every clip is capped at 30 seconds, including a branded intro and outro. Videos are delivered digitally and can be used for testimonials, campaign highlights, or internal feedback. All content is captured in real time and professionally framed to align with your brand message.
Space Requirements
The Video Testimonial Booth can be set up with or without a backdrop. For a full setup with backdrop, a 10 by 10 by 10 space is recommended. A more compact version works in a 4 by 6 by 10 layout, or as small as 3 by 5 by 8 when running without a backdrop. The footprint includes a recording zone, light kit, and space for a seated or standing mic setup.
Power Requirements
A single standard 110 volt outlet is required to power the camera, lighting, and tablet interface. If additional display or branding elements are added, we will review and confirm any extra power needs in advance.
Internet Requirements
Internet is required for digital delivery of the video clips. If no connection is available, recordings will be saved and automatically sent once internet becomes accessible.
Setup & Removal Time Requirements
Setup takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes, including framing the shot, adjusting lighting, testing audio, and confirming prompt flow. Strike is completed in 30 to 45 minutes with minimal impact to your event space.
Guest Flow & Throughput
The Video Testimonial Booth averages 40 completed videos per hour. Each session is designed to be smooth and time-efficient, allowing guests to step in, record, and receive their video without delay. The microphone setup can be customized as either a mic on a stand or a retro-style telephone handset for added visual flair.
