When you book with us, we make a committment to you to reserve your time and date for you and your event. When other clients call, we pass on their jobs because of that committment. Because of this, we require a booking fee/deposit/retainer be paid to cover perceived losses in the event that you cancel. In addition to holding your date, Smash Booth goes to work on your event immediately once the Booking fee/deposit/retainer is paid.

If the Client cancels an event, Client will immediately notify Smash Booth in writing (email suffices). If Client cancels the event less than 45 days prior to the reserved event date and has not yet paid the entire Service Fee, Client will immediately pay Smash Booth the remaining balance of the Service Fee as well as any travel expenses as value received.  Cancellations more than 45 days prior to the event will result in a forfeiture of the retainer to Smash Booth and neither party shall have any further liability or obligation under this Agreement.

Forces Majeure:
Neither Smash Booth nor Client shall be held responsible or liable if the fulfillment of any terms or provisions of this Agreement are delayed or prevented by revolutions or other disorders, wars, acts of enemies, fires, floo
ds, acts of God, or without limiting the foregoing by any other cause not within the control of the party whose performance is interfered with, and which by the exercise of reasonable diligence, the
party is unable to prevent, whether of the class of causes enumerated before or not. In the event the events contemplated by this paragraph occur, Smash Booth shall be entitled to retain any and all retainer amounts previously paid by Client and will make all reasonable efforts to make available future dates for the postponement of the Client’s Event.
