When you book with us, we make a committment to you to reserve your time and date for you and your event. When other clients call, we pass on their jobs because of that committment. Because of this, we require a booking fee be paid to cover percieved losses in the event that you cancel. With that said, I like to think we have one of the most generous cancelation policies in the industry.
If you cancel greater than 90 days prior to your rental date: We feel confidant that we can rebook your date in that time period and feel the most honest thing to do is to offer a full 100% refund.
If you cancel greater than 60 days, but less than 90: We believe there’s a decent chance that we’ll be able to rebook your date so we’ll work with you a bit. We’ll refund anything that you’ve paid over the booking fee PLUS we’ll issue you a non transferable gift certificate in the amount of your booking fee for you to use with future bookings.
If you cancel greater than 30 days, but less than 60: We’ll refund anything paid over your booking fee, but with this limited notice it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to fill your date and your booking fee will be forfeit.
If you cancel less than 30 days, but greater than 14: Besides the unlikelyhood of being able to fill your date, we’ve already began working on your event and have certainly turned several clients away to protect your time and date. We’ll issue a non tranferable gift certificate for any money paid above the booking fee and the booking fee will be forfeit.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your booking: Because we have completed your event, built and submitted photo strip designs to you, scheduled staff and likely turned away several clients to hold your date for you, we can NOT issue any refund at this point. All money paid will be forfeit as value received.
